Organization and Network Management
Based on its pan-African scope and its role as an Intergovernmental Organization specifically focusing on research and training in Public Administration and Governance in African countries the African Training and Research Centre in Administration for Development (CAFRAD) is uniquely qualified to administer LOG-IN Africa.
CAFRAD will be responsible for project management and will coordinate both Network and country level research activities through the Research Network Coordinator who will have overall responsibility for Project management; and the Research Director who will have overall responsibility for scientific content and scientific outputs of the project working collegially and collaboratively with the individual National Research Teams. In addition, specialized expertise will be engaged as required, as for example, for the external evaluation and the Methodology Workshop.
