Introduction [ Top ]

http://www.loginafrica.net is a Content Manageable website application which has the following major features:

Home Page [ Top ]
Home page of http://www.loginafrica.net is a menu driven system. User will be able to navigate to any of the pages from anywhere through the menu fixed at left side of the website. The top menu links are dynamic and any number of links and sub links can be created through admin panel. Any of the options can pick up, on mouse over through the menu and clicking the Corresponding option either in main menu or in sub menus. Bottom menu is static and clicking it will navigate the corresponding page.

Newsletter Signup [ Top ]
To register for Newsletter just enter email-id.

Login to Log-In Africa [ Top ]
Registered members can login to Login Africa. They can use the facilities of Instant Messenger, Enhanced Publishing, Private Discussion Forum, Calendar etc.

Forgot Password [ Top ]
This link will lead to page to retrieve the forgot password. By entering your username and email id which is given at the time of registration the password will send to that email id.

Search [ Top ]
This functionality will search for the specified keyword in the whole site and returns the corresponding results.

Advanced Search [ Top ]
Advanced search will search for the specified keyword in the selected menu category and returns the corresponding results.

News and Events [ Top ]
On the right side of the website in home page, latest 3 news and events will be displayed. On clicking the ‘more’ link the complete contents of that news will be shown.

Archives of News and Events [ Top ]
This leads to a page displaying the archived news and events.

It will lead to the Sitemap page. We will provide an interactive site map with almost similar contents as this document.

News and Events [ Top ]
This link will lead to the page with all News and Events as shown.

File Repository [ Top ]
This link will lead to the login page of the file repository. In the File repository home page; here the user can upload files. There will be two types of users,

1) Super Admin: All the functionalities will be available, Functionalities include,

a) View, upload, download and delete files to their on folders and other user folders.
b) Administration: To create new users accounts and set rights for them.
c) Generate reports on all activities in the file sharing system.
d) Distribute to all: File will be uploaded and distributed to each user folder.
e) Account work on: Make users and themselves active and inactive and change password.

2) General Users

a) View, upload, download and delete files to their on folders and upload files to other user folders.

Instant Messenger [ Top ]
A quick and easy way to chat among its members. You can login to the messenger using the user account created with the Login Africa website. Once logged in the current users online in the system will be listed and you can send invitation to start chatting with them.

Public Discussion Forum [ Top ]
This link will lead to the blog /forum of the website. This is accessible to all the users visiting the website, they can see blog topics and its comments. Users have the facility to search through the blogs using keyword .They can select archives of old discussions also. The calendar will help to select blog as date wise, month wise or year wise.

Forum Comments and Sub Comments [ Top ]
The users can enter comments and sub comments to each blog. It has the facility to see the preview of the entered comments. The entered comments will be published directly in the forum.

Private Discussion Forum [ Top ]
The Private Discussion Forum works same as the Public Discussion Forum, but only registered members can access this.

User Registration [ Top ]
This link will lead to a registration form as shown in the following screen. Once the form is submitted, an user account will be successfully created and can start using the features in the web site.

User Profile Edit [ Top ]
Registered users have provision to edit their profile.

Enhanced Publishing [ Top ]
Users can view the folders and files inside the folders published to them.

Calendar [ Top ]
This link will lead registered users to the events calendar or a scheduling system. Here the user can view the events or schedule for a particular Year, Particular month, or for a particular week. Users can set the events or schedules in the calendar. Automatically remainders will be send from the calendar.
